National Land Management Authority of Lao PDR enabled their capability on Low Elevation Aerial Photo and Photogrammetry Map Making

Concluding the project by the team leader of the Blimp UAV Team, National Land Management Authority (NLMA) of Lao PDR has its own capability on performing Low Elevation Aerial Photo and Creating map by Photogrammetry technology. Currently, NLMA has 4 blimp field operation teams with mature operation skill set and also established a data center with the knowledge on performing Photogrammetric Processing. Except china, Lao PDR is the first country have their own capabilty to preform on-demand aerial photo in the nearby countries and indo-china area. Minister of Prime Minister office, Head of NLMA, stated that this technology is key of success for their land titling project and also revolution of land management.
During the project implementation from Dec 2009 to 2010, this operation had drawn million eye-ball attention in their capital city - Vientiane and also other proviene. The project was invited by the National Channel of Lao twice.
